Real Estate
In a real estate transaction, most middle class people are making the largest financial transaction of their lives. Despite what your broker may tell you, an attorney is necessary for both the buyer and the seller in a real estate transaction to protect your interest.
The key to a real estate transaction is the contract. Once the contract is signed and the attorney review period passes, the parties are locked into the terms of the contract. As an experienced real estate attorney, I review the Contract For Sale to revise, remove, and add clauses that protect your interest. Many of these clauses are tailor made to suit your needs based upon the facts of you individual transaction.
After negotiation the Contract, I will continue to represent you by reviewing the Title, ensuring that all of the requirements of the title company are met and going with you to the Closing Table. I will also make sure that no last minute glitches occur, and that if they do, you receive the best possible outcome if disputes arise at the Closing Table. You need an attorney in a real estate transaction; you need Michael S. Rothmel. |
